Project: Doctor Talk (Health Literacy Project)

This project focuses on social care and the health of community members by providing expert medical knowledge on healthcare, disease prevention, and the promotion of healthy behaviors. These efforts are directly linked to improving the quality of life for the public, including building understanding on various topics such as epidemic prevention and community-level healthcare. Medical training sessions and health guidelines are conducted by specialized physicians or multidisciplinary teams to stimulate self-care knowledge among the interested public, corporate partners, patients, and relatives, available both On-site and Online. Knowledge shared by doctors helps strengthen the understanding of health and disease prevention, leading to a healthier population, reducing the burden on the public healthcare system, and promoting a high quality of life. Furthermore, it helps reduce health inequality across all groups by ensuring everyone has the opportunity to access appropriate health knowledge and care. In 2025, a total of 23 activities were organized by specialists in fields where the company excels—including Gastrointestinal Diseases, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Childhood Development, Prenatal Care, Liver Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer—reaching over 2,784 participants.

Activities in the Doctor Talk Project (Health Literacy):

The company organized the 1st Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Thai Life Insurance (Trang) on the topic “Common Childhood Illnesses to Watch Out For,” led by Dr. Supawadee Boonruangsak, Pediatrician, with 40 participants on January 21, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

The company organized a Doctor Talk during the "SightFirst" eyeglasses donation event on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building. Dr. Chayamon Kanyuk, Ophthalmologist, provided knowledge on “Pediatric Eye Care” to 79 students from various schools in Trang province participating in the project organized by the Lions Club of Trang City.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with AIA (Trang) on the topic “STROKE: A Danger Close to Home – Detect Fast, Treat Early, High Recovery Chance,” led by Dr. Dararat Sukhasunee, Neurologist, with 30 participants on February 19, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - RAOT activity in collaboration with the Rubber Authority of Thailand (Phatthalung) on the topic “Bone and Joint Pain: Expert Care by Dr. Phokit,” led by Dr. Phokit Boonkong, with 15 participants at the RAOT Conference Room, Phatthalung Province, on March 14, 2025.

Doctor Talk Activity: A seminar on “Understanding STROKE” featured Dr. Dararat Sukhasunee, Neurologist, and the hospital's physical therapy team. The event, held from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, had 72 participants who actively engaged in Q&A with the doctor and participated in activities with the physical therapists at The Gold Living Life Hotel, Thung Song, on March 18, 2025.

Doctor Talk Activity: The company organized the "School Care Project" providing knowledge on “Understanding ADHD in Children: Creative Understanding and Handling,” led by Dr. Aphinya Yuangthong, Pediatrician and Occupational Therapist, at the Grade 1 parents' meeting of Burana Ramluk School, with 200 participants on May 9, 2025.

Doctor Talk Activity: The company organized the "School Care Project" providing knowledge on “Understanding ADHD in Children: Creative Understanding and Handling,” led by Dr. Aphinya Yuangthong, Pediatrician and Occupational Therapist, at the Grade 2 and 3 parents' meeting of Burana Ramluk School, with 350 participants on May 10, 2025.

Doctor Talk Activity: The company organized the "School Care Project" providing knowledge on “Common Illnesses During the New School Term,” led by Dr. Supawadee Boonruangsak, Pediatrician, at the early childhood parents' meeting of Darunothai School, with 200 participants on May 22, 2025.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Chubb Life, FWD, Southeast Life, Rabbit Life, and AXA on the topic “Coronary Artery Occlusion,” led by Dr. Surapong Sumrittrasap, Cardiologist, with 20 participants on May 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

Doctor Talk Activity: The company organized the "School Care Project" providing knowledge on “How to Raise Children Suitable for Each Stage of Development,” led by Dr. Nitthakan Inthasangkhana-win, at the Kindergarten-Primary parents' meeting of Tantiwat School, Thung Song, with 500 participants on May 24, 2025.

Doctor Talk Activity: A seminar on “Understanding Gastrointestinal and Liver Cancer,” led by Dr. Jirasak Intasorn, Specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. There were 45 registered participants, including insurance agents, Village Health Volunteers (VHV), and the general public, on May 27, 2025, at Kabi Festiver, Krabi Province.

Doctor Talk Activity: The company organized the "School Care Project" providing knowledge on “Executive Function: The Key to 21st Century Skills,” led by Dr. Aphinya Yuangthong, Pediatrician, at the Primary parents' meeting of Tantiwat School, Thung Song, with 250 participants on May 24, 2025.

Doctor Talk Activity: A seminar on “Enhancing Your Child’s Development,” led by Dr. Supawadee Boonruangsak, Pediatrician and Occupational Therapist. There were 40 registered participants on June 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Tokio Marine Life Insurance on the topic “Osteoarthritis of the Knee,” led by Dr. Phokit Boonkong, Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Knee and Hip Replacement, with 10 participants on June 18, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

Doctor Talk Activity: A "Mother Class" seminar on “Prenatal Care” and “Newborn Care Knowledge,” led by Dr. Phichaya Booncharoen, Obstetrician-Gynecologist, and Dr. Nitthakan Inthasangkhana-win, Pediatrician. There were 17 registered participants on June 21, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Sitthinat Convention Hall Hotel.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with the Focus Group insurance team on the topic “Common Diseases in Children,” led by Dr. Sirichai Silprachawong, Pediatrician, with 25 participants on June 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM at Ton Kla Restaurant.

Doctor Talk Activity: The company organized the "School Care Project" providing knowledge on “Understanding ADHD in Children: Creative Understanding and Handling,” led by Dr. Aphinya Yuangthong, Pediatrician, at the Kindergarten parents' meeting of Burana Ramluk School, with 500 participants on July 7, 2025.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Life Insurance companies on the topic “Understanding, Preventing, and Treating Cancer,” led by Dr. Chakkraphan Rongmueang, Medical Oncologist, with 200 participants on July 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Thumrin Thana Hotel.

Doctor Talk Activity: A "Mother Class" seminar on “Answering All Questions for Pregnant Mothers” and a Workshop session led by Dr. Nattachai Siriwattanapha. There were 17 registered participants on August 2, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Life Insurance companies on the topic “Every Question Has an Answer: All About Kids,” led by Dr. Supawadee Boonruangsak and Dr. Nitthakan Inthasangkhana-win, Pediatricians, with 35 participants on August 21, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Life Insurance companies on the topic “Colorectal Cancer,” led by Dr. Jirasak Intasorn, Specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, with 60 participants on August 22, 2025, from 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity in collaboration with Life Insurance companies on the topic “Neurosurgical Conditions of the Brain and Nervous System,” led by Dr. Bubphachol Buachan, Neurosurgeon, with 42 participants on October 22, 2025, from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.

The company organized a Doctor Talk - INSURANCE activity on the topic “Breast Cancer: Screen Early for Treatability,” led by Dr. Supanan Arame, with 37 participants on November 15, 2025, from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM at the Wittaya Conference Room, Wellness Center Building.
